We are a community for the 21st-century man. A place where the warmth of a traditional Irish Pub meets the camaraderie of a global community of men.

The Whysmen Virtual Pub is a unique men’s community.
We gather in a series of free, regularly scheduled, confidential, 90-minute small-sharing circles that engage men from 12 time zones.

Gathering in the Pub virtually, we offer an opportunity for everyone to see beyond their neighbourhood and country – providing members an opportunity to witness the lives of men everywhere, realizing we share more in common than separates us. 

By joining the Pub, we offer a range of experiences that are more than what other men’s-only organizations provide, including:

  • Participating in a unique leadership training program. 
  • An outreach initiative supporting a youth community center in Nairobi, Kenya.
  • Connecting to interact with and learn from a diverse leadership community through our affiliate partner, the Center for Purposeful Leadership.

With a virtual pint in hand and an open heart, we create a welcoming space for diverse perspectives and honest dialogue that fosters a true sense of belonging and understanding among us all.
